Habitat: Woodland, parks and gardens
Feeding: Insects, fruit, seeds and worms
Eggs: 3 - 6 white eggs speckled with brown laid March to June, incubation 14 days




This tiny bird is a member of the thrush family. Robins are a common sight in the garden but they are very territorial.

It is very distinctive with its brown head and back, orange/red breast, pale belly, long legs and short tail.
